Which side to breastfeed next.

It took me forever to try and remember which side I fed last and which should be next (believe me, in a span of 2 hours or 3 hours you forget) Now, all I do, I switch my wedding ring from hand to hand each time, then I know whichever side the ring is on, that side is the one to start on... Easiest solution I could master.

After 10 months of breastfeeding I managed to remember which side to start on. Wish I had your advice when I started monz! Would have made life much easier! I've heard you should put a "wasgoedpennetjie" on your bra strap on the side you fed last. I downloaded a little program onto my phone - baby moods - it monitored the side I fed last as well as the feeding times. Very nice little program, but much effort!

Ahhhh C, also heard about the pennetjie or a "hakspeld" but do you think I remembered in the first place to pickle that along with me everytime I fed him? And by the time I remembered to put the pennetjie or hakspeld on my bra, I had ALREADY forgotten which side was last!!! Ha ha ha... Sounds interesting the program thingie though....

Also tried stuff like, whichever side Josh lay on was the one to feed next and after the feed I'd put him to sleep on the other side. But then came hubby with his feeds at night, forgetting to turn him and that would bugger my system... lol!

Die ring klink maar vir my of dit die beste kan werk! Maar ek het gevind dat ek alewig wasgoed pennetjies nodig het - as die son in sy gesiggie skyn as ons iewers is - die spoegdoeke val mos alewig af - dan knyp ek hom net vinnig vas.

Slimmert! Ja dis die maklikste manier wat ek kon bemeester, sienda dat jy altyd jou ring dra en sommer so tydens die voed skuif ek hom oor, dan hoef ek nie nog te wonder waar is 'n pennetjie of 'n ding nie... Lol!
