Add Tickers to your Signature

Keep track of your cycle with a ticker!

To get a ticker, go to one of the following sites:
www.lilypie.com
www.tickerfactory.com
www.snugglepie.com
www.evenhealth.com

You will be asked to select your ticker style, and add your cycle dates etc. Once you have been given the code, copy it, and go to your Profile, click on the 'signature' tab, and paste it onto your signature, and click save!

Make sure that you have set your signature to be permanently on, in order to see it everyday.
To do this, click on the 'preferences' tab in your Profile, and select 'Yes' for always attaching signature.
