Name brands for baby???

Hi Ladies,

What are your opinions on name brands for baby, nike, addidas etc???

I really think it's so cute and I tell you if it weren't for DH Joshua would have a wardrobe full etc. not that we rich or anything but I'll buy for Joshua before I buy for myself...

We bought Joshua a pair of Reebok takkies that he wore till he was 4 months and then a pair of Puma takkies when he was 6 months that he wore for 1 MONTH! and now it's small...

The weekend we had to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe for Joshua because he grew over night... I really wanted to buy him a pair of Nike sandals (they soooo cute) and the Nike Takkies but you know what I'm not prepared to pay R300 again for shoes that is only going to fit him a month... that is just madness!!!... so DH and I agreed that the next name brand takkie will be when he can actually run and walk etc or if we get it really cheap... so for now it will just be SPIDERMAN-SPIDERMAN!!! Mickey mouse and Tigger, Winnie Pooh etc... his still a child and will have what Kiddies like... although I rrrreally want those Nike sandals for him oh oh and a shorts and t-shirt to match from edgars ...they have new stock!!! WOW!!! too oulik for words... Maybe I can buy it for Christmas day ...

I know his a baby and he has majority baba things but am I so wrong in wanting things like this for him maybe just for Christmas day or birthdays etc... till his old enough to say "mommy I want a spiderman outift"...
