The poor little thing! Last night, every time he coughed he started crying. I wanted to die.

Dosed him up on Calpol and then he seemed to feel better. Ate a little and then we watched Cbeebies (sp) which he giggled non stop to.

Bathed, bottle and bed. I think the Demazin and Bisolvin knocked him out though cause he only woke up at 21h30 for a sip of bottle, 00h00 and then slept through till 05h30. Went back to sleep again till 08h00.

The study looked at almost 32 000 Swedish women between the ages 48 and 83 over a nine-year period. The researchers found that participants who ate one or two 19 to 30 gram servings of dark chocolate a week were 32 per cent less likely to develop heart failure than those who didn't.

8am - 45 mins sleep

11am - 1.5 hour sleep

3pm - 45 mins sleep

Allow 2 x 20 mins naps also, 1 in the morning and 1 late afternoon before bathtime. You dont have to be too strict with the amount of sleep, as long as they "go down" at those times, its worked wonders. Rachel is so much better in the early evenings now and sleeps much better at night. Try it out. Any questions let me know.

How did you decide which twin should be named what? Did you have two names in mind and named them (Say baby on the left is Honey and baby on the right is Bunny) or did you have preselected names and waited till the babies were born before deciding? Also, how did you and dh decide who will pick the name and which baby will get that particular name?
