The poor little thing! Last night, every time he coughed he started crying. I wanted to die. Dosed him up on Calpol and then he seemed to feel better. I think the Demazin and Bisolvin knocked him out though cause he only woke up at 21h30 for a sip of bottle, 00h00 and then slept through till 05h30. Went back to sleep again till 08h00. Poor ... He isnt hungry before then, so I dont know what the problem is. And he spent most of today asleep, which is very unusual for him. Daniel hardly slept today. Do any of u have really restless babies? When R is tired she will niggle and kick her legs and stretch her body out, she moans and groans. I hear her on the monitor for sometimes up to 30 mins. She doesnt cry, its almost like she battles to fall asleep.

So anyone who is keen to try it: 8am - 45 mins sleep 11am - 1.5 hour sleep 3pm - 45 mins sleep Allow 2 x 20 mins naps also, 1 in the morning and 1 late afternoon before bathtime. You dont have to be too strict with the amount of sleep, as long as they "go down" at those times, its worked wonders. Baby fully engaged since 2 weeks back. Cervix is ripe and soft, but like with Kaylen, nothing happening. Will be induced this coming Monday morning (natural birth). Weight of baby at 2.2kg
