For fashion sandwiches I use the same recipe, but instead of strips of salmon, avo and cucmber, I use pieces cut into sheets, and then cut the pieces square when done. The hardest part is getting the rice right, but it';s not that difficult. Scream ...

Ok girls... Will try my best.. LOL. I am really not good at describing things.

1 cabbage head (Cut up, like you would cut onions)

2 onions finely chopped

salt and pepper (for taste)

fishoil for frying onions

meat (depends on the amount of food you want to make)

I usually use the lamb pieces for this. And I also usually put the cabbage in some salt water, throw off the water and rinse again in salt water. It is to wash off the winds in the cabbage (Cabbage gives you lotsa gas)

DID YOU KNOW?

Peel a banana from the bottom and you won't have to

pick the little 'stringy things' off of it. That's how the primates do it.

Take your bananas apart when you get home from the store.

If you leave them connected at the stem, they ripen faster.

Store your opened chunks of cheese in aluminum foil.

It will stay fresh much longer and not mold!

Peppers with 3 bumps on the bottom are sweeter and better for eating.
