Microwave Milktart
1 litre milk
3 tablespoons Stork maragarine
1 tin condensed milk
2 eggs
2 heaped tablespoons custard powder
3 heaped tablespoons maizena (corn flour)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence or almond essence
Mix together milk,margarine and condensed milk
Heat in the microwave but do not boil
Mix together the eggs,custard powder , corn flour and vanilla essence in a seperate dish.
Combine the two mixtures
microwave on high for 2 minutes - stir and repeat 2 more times
Place tennis biscuits in a dish and pour over the tart mixture
Decorate with cinnamon
Place in fridge and set.

I tried this once and my biscuits kept on floating to the top? Was my mix maybe too watery?

i haven't actually tried this recipe TT, but i think ur mixture was too weak. maybe try extra corn flour next time??
