Night Sweats?

Hi Guys,
I am six weeks and last night had very bad "night sweats" is this normal?

I used to get bad hot flushes at night so I think its probably normal, could be from the amount of extra blood flowing in your body right now.

Ok
Used to get them before I was pregnant, right before I ovulated. so I thought it must be hormone related. Just wanted to make sure.

No hot flushes, also only bad sleeping patterns
