Sensitive question...

Post by Guest on Sun 13 Sep 2009 - 13:04

How do you girls feel about your bodies post twins?? Miss D left me virtually "unscarred" but after the twins I feel like I will never be the same again. Not only was I left with stretch marks Crying or Very sad but I think my abdominal wall is permanently stretched out!

My tummy was always round now it is round from higher than ever I suppose part of me thinks it will get better with time. Good news if you have time I saw a friend after her third pregnancy and she was doing pilates and her tummy was flatter than ever!!

I have always had a flat tummy - but now it seems to "pouch" out - I think the muscles are slack and stretched. I have to make a conscious effort to pull it in. I was fortunate not to get stretch marks, but I still have 3kg to lose and this seems to have permanently settled on my rear end and thighs making me more pear shaped than ever! Also - even though I stopped breastfeeding 2.5 months ago my boobs have now decided to stay a C cup instead of the normal B cup - so there goes all my lovely underwear I had pre-pregnancy!
