Don't know what to expect . . .

hi girls,
Just a quick update. I have am appointment whith the FS today at 12:30 as I am on CD45 today, and still no sign of AF. So I want to find out from him what to do next.
Well, I have not tested at all this cycle as we were not actively trying but last night I dreamt that I came to the dr and he told of that I am pregnant. So when I got up at 03:00 I did a HPT and got a BFP. Second line not as clear as the first, yet very clear. So I put another test in my handbag, and did it just now, but the test was defective. This was both my first BFP as well as the first effective test I got.
As I am sitting here I haven't told DH anything. I am so scared to get my hopes up as I did not expect it at all. So now I will just wait till I see the dr and hear what if says. Till then I will try not to think about it.
Will update asap. I am having trouble with OPM, but will leave a clue on facebook if I can't log in.
