Chocolate Pear Pudding

Ladies..this recipe is quite tasty...enjoy

Ingredients:
2 x 415g Pear halves
125g flour
25g cocoa
125g caster sugar
150g soft butter
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarb
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla essence

Method:

pre-heat oven
grease oven proof dish
drain pears and arrange at the bottom of the dish
place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a smooth consistancy
spread batter over pears
bake for approx 30 min
remove from oven and let stand for about 10 minutes
serve with warm custard
