Yoghurt Tart

Post by Lallie on Thu 8 Oct 2009 - 12:03

This is unbelevably easy to make.

Tennis biscuits mixed with melted butter for crust. Press down.

1 tin condensed milk
500 ML yoghurt. (I used strawberry but you can use any kins you like.)

mix well & pour oven crust.

place in microwave on high for 2 minutes. ( not less! )

Cool in fridge & enjoy.

Wow that sounds awesome!!! Does it come out smooth? And is it very sour?

Not sour at all! It tasted of yoghurt. A bit sweeter actually & yes - it has a very smooth consistency - like a cheesecake. Taste it before pouring over crust - you might want to add a dash of lemon juice if its 2 sweet...

KP - please let me know how it tasted...
