Crunchy Almond Bake Fish

250ml almonds / breadcrumbs
15ml mixed herbs
4-6 fish fillets
any salad dressing of your choice
feta cheese

1. Place the almonds and herbs into a food processor and process lightly.
2. Pour the KNORR Salad Dressing into a bowl and place the processed almonds and parsley into another bowl. Dip fish fillets into the Salad Dressing and then into the almonds.
3. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is tender.
4. Serve with crumbled feta cheese and a colourful salad.

dont u guys find it overwhelming being a wife, i always stress this time of the day trying to come up with something nice to cook for DH and my little girl.....

I sometimes hate it to tell the truth... thinking what to cook every single day drives me insane... I hate it, but I love cooking.. if this makes sense...

Yes it makes sense, its the thinking of ideas that freaks me out. I cook such boring things because im not very creative.
