Cottage Pie

I Boil my potatoes while making my plane mince with a little bit of onion and mixed vegies, as soon as the are cooked i edd the bolonaise source form knorr.
then mash my potatoes add butter a little bit of salt and fresh cream and a pinch of baking powder..
grease my pan pore the mince and put the potatoes on top, then sprinkle grated cheese,
bake for a little while/ until the cheese melt..
whaaaalllaaaaa thats what we are eating tonite.... Smile

I'm gonna try the lasagna mate chicken version, only had the mince version before but gonna add some peppers and mushrooms to it as well.
