Not aking this for christmas but for my BIL's birthday on saturday.
Make a biscuit base (can use crushed biscuits mixerd with melted butter or make a biscuits dough) in the bottom of the dish, spread softened caramel treat over the cooked biscuit base and then warm about 250 ml's cream on the stove and as it starts to boil add some chocolate blocks to the cream and mix till melted (take off stove) and nicely thickened and spread over the caramel.
