Pudding ideas!

I want to make something nice for christmas. Maybe a cheese cake ,the cold one,not baked. Any recipes??

Hey there, i don't know any recipes for cheescake, but i have the 1 for the famous peppermint fridge tart:

2 packets of bakers tennis biscuits,
1 can nestle caramel
1 can clover fresh cream
1 nestle peppermint chocolate

lay the 1st pkt in a square casserole/container.
mix the caramel and fresh cream until smooth
pour 1/2 the mixture over the 1st layer of biscuits and then put a 2nd layer of biscuits over that.
then put the remaining layer of caramel mix over and grate the peppermint choc over and leave in fridge for a few hours.
