Prayer for my SIL's unborn baby

Please could you lift up my brother & SIL in your prayers. They battled for 3 years to fall pregnant and shortly after receiving a prophecy at an angus Buchan service at their church that they would indeed conceive they discovered she was pregnant. However Nuchal translucency scan and blood tests have revealed a very high possibility of fetal abnormalities (Downs, spinida bifida etc) She is going for an amnio on Tues 29th which will confirm one way or the other. I just cannot believe that after taking them this far that God would give them anything but a perfect baby.

Thanks so much - Eve - she is 15 weeks. They picked up the abnormality at 12.5 weeks but have left the amnio till now as it is less risk of miscarriage the later you leave it. A CVS was not an option because she has a ret roverted uterus and also because of the position of the baby - would be too risky.
