BEST STICKY CHICKEN EVER

make this, it is easy and you can just let it boil away and kids and family love it.

chicken on the bone, ie chicken pieces
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of honey
1 can of ginger beer
1 litre of coke
1 tablespoon of oil
1 small onion chopped small

Fry your onion and garlc and then add chicken, seal
pour in 1 can of ginger beer
and about 300 to 500 ml of coke
let boil away
do not cover completely in liquid
as the liquid starts to dissappear add a litlle more
then add your honey
work with your eye and when the coke starts to take form of a gooey syrup then it is ready, takes all of about 1 hour.30 minutes, very tasty
serve with butter mashed potato
