Further Prayer for my brother & SIL

Dear friends

A while ago I posted a request asking for prayer for my SIL who was awaiting the results of an amnio following an abnormal Nuchal Translucency scan & blood tests. Downs or Spina Bifida was suspected (apparently almost a 1 in 2 chance). The results of the amnio revealed that the baby was normal and we praised God for His faithfulness. However at the 20 week organ assessment they picked up a condition called "ventriculomegaly" which basically means that the ventricles leading up to the brain are enlarged, thus compressing the brain and preventing development. A further scan has revealed that they are rapidly increasing in size and the head is enlarging (leading to a condition called Hydrocephaly - water on the brain). The doctors have given very little hope of survival and quality of life if the baby lives to be born. They are awaiting feedback from a neurosurgeon, but I think are leaning towards following the advice of their Dr's to terminate. My sil is now 23 weeks pregnant, they have honoured God through this whole nightmare and continue to praise Him in spite of all that has happened. Please can you pray for clear direction for them and Gods peace surrounding this terrible decision that they are faced with.
