Another NEW Preggie Girl

Hi Ladies

I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be introducing myself here so soon!!!
My blood test was confirmed today and I am indeed pregnant after 10 months of actively TTC.

God has finally decided it is now my turn to be a mommy!! Thank you God!!!!!!!!

My first Dr's appointment is next week Friday so any advise you ladies might have for me regarding what I should and shouldnt be doing, eating, etc, etc, etc, would be greatly appreciated.
