2 Lines and then nothing...

Morning ladies

I'm on cd43 today (normally 33 - 36 day cycle), way overdue, did a test yesterday afternoon (had lots to drink, juice etc) and got two lines, after 10 minutes was left with only ONE line has this ever happened to anybody??? I'm going for bloods on friday, but don't want to waist my time if this is clearly a negative.

It can be an evaporation line you saw.........

But then, it might just be a faulty test and you really have your BFP. Please also remebert hat if you had a lot to drink, it can have an impact on the results. Please take another one early in the morning

Mandy leigh had exactly the same thing a week or two ago...

Babe, you really shouldn't read a test after 10 minutes. I say it's a BFP, do another test 1st thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up. It will give you a definate positive if you are preggo, and you can take the next steps.

unfortunatly Mandy had a BFN, but its really weird that both of you got BFPs that turned BFN???? what brand did you use? I once used maybe baby & they give false +! hoping that its a real BFP!! xx

Oh dear I am holding thumbs for you. But they do say don't read the test after too long.

I used a "spot on" test. Oh well. thanks for the wishes, will see what happens.

Spot on with the flowery box and the purple cap? I used the same with mine and the line is there today still. Maybe call the helpline nuber?
