Whats the difference

between a sleep wedge and a lift wedge, if any?

sleep wedges are two little 'wedges' that you place baby between to keep them on their side, you use that for the first few months & its above the mattress.

the lift wedge is bigger & goes under the mattress, lifting the top part of the mattress with about 15cm, used with reflux babies & stuffy noses.

I hope that the lift wedge works... if you don't have one, I just elevated the top side with folded blankets and it worked for the boys!

Sleep wedge is the one with 2 wedges that you put baby on side and stops them from rolling over onto back.

Lift wedge is what you put under the matress to lift it a little so they not lying flat
