Red spaghetti

Red spaghetti

500g viennas cut into ringlets
1 chopped onion
garlic
100g bacon (optional)
1 packet/can of mushrooms
2 big tins of tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Origanum
Grated cheese

Fry onion and garlic.
Add the meats and mushrooms, more frying
Add tomato paste and a bit of water as well as salt and pepper and origanum, let it cook a bit.
Add a bit of sugar to balance out the tangy taste of the tomato paste

Serve with spaghetti

Hahahaah, this one I got from my mom.......I just added the sugar part otherwise it's bit too tangy Smile

I don't have recipe books, but I have three of four STACKED lever arch files with written and copied recipes....
