Sherry chicken

3 x Chicken breasts

Chopped mushrooms (as much as you like)

2 x chopped onion

160 ml Cream

2ml marjoram

2ml nutmeg

35 ml sherry (or more if you want)

Brown onion and mushroom

Brown chicken

In a seperate saucepan cook spices cream and sherry, add to chicken and mushrooms and serve with pasta!

Mmmmmm, sounds delish.

Sherry goes very very well with pork fillet too.

Sherry goes well with anything.......
