A little prayer needed

My younger cousin (not Eileen) has been dating a very sweet young man for many years. His name is Marc. They live in Cape Town and I am pretty sure once they finish their studies they will get married.

I got a message from my Uncle very early this morning to say that Marc's father was tragically killed in a car accident earlier this morning.

They are also an exceptionally close knit family so I know that this is going to be very hard for all of them.

Please keep them in your prayers and ask God to grant them the strength to get through this horrific time.

My heart breaks for them right now.

There has been so many accidents this morning, one in Durbanville particularly bad....

Honey, they live in Durbanville, I wonder if it was not that accident.

I have not asked too many questions as they are all reeling with shock so will phone my uncle this evening.

What time was that accident? I got the message at 06h45 so must have been earlier than that!

I can't believe so many people die in car accidents. My heart is so broken for them cause I know what it feels like to get that call. The icy feeling of knowing nothing will ever be the same again!

OMG that must have been it!!!! The enitre road was closed, it must have been about 06:00 - 06:30 ish. I drove past around 06:30 and the ambulances and cops were everywhere, you couldn't see anything because it was cordoned off and I had to take a detour.

Happened in Fair trees road....

OMG I have got goosebumps now. That poor family. I cannot believe things can change so quickly! Man, I wish there was something I could do. I know what they are going through and the pain that follows and I don't wish it on anyone!

Shame, my heart breaks for them right now.
Will say a special prayer for them.

Still not sure if it was the same accident as Honey was referring to but apparantly it was a drunk driver who crashed into him which makes me even more F&*(#%% angry!
