Short & sweet

Hi there,my story is nothing spectacular really.....except for the end result of course.Got married April 2004.I had been on the pill for a few years already.DH wanted to have kids & I was like no ways....I'm to young,I don't want to.we were also having problems & eventually seperated.I didn't want to hav a baby to try & fix things or even hav one & hav to raise it on my own.had him served with the divorce papers,but I never showed up at court.we started dating again & moved back in together.things were ok for a while & then we drifted apart again.we were just not on the same page,he didn't want to be around me-would rather work.that broke my heart cause I love attention.so when I didn't get the attention from him,I got it elsewhere(not proud of it...but it is what happened.last year January DH insisted I go off the pill.we were not in a good place in our marriage & I was so scared of falling pregnant.in June 2009 we both gave our lives to God & our marriage got back on track almost immediately...all ofa sudden we had respect for each other again & we were inlove as for the first time.September I was rather moody & Dh joked & told me to get a test. I did & it was neg.
End sept I went away on a church conference,the one daythey did private prayer requests & I asked to gav a closer relationship with God & my DH.the man praying for me asked me if I felt my Dh was 'the one' & I said yes.
In the next two weeks or so after I came back people kept on wanting to pray for me at church & I started to think... What the heck?my dogs became very protective & one girl kept saying how much I was glowing & I thought....omw....this is it!(we really had not been trying)I was panickingcause we were not really prepared financially as we are under debt review :s
asked DH if he would be ready & he was super excited & that he would run up and down the streets!!!bought the test that afternoon & when I got home I saw the two lines.had mixed emotions-went back the shop & did another test in the mall bathrooms....it was definately positive!!!!called DH & told him to start running up & down the streets...took a while for him to register what I had just told him.

I never really knew I wanted to be a mommy till I saw those 2 lines

God gave us the ultimate gift after He fixed our marriage!

to the ladies that are struggling...I can not ever know ur pain,but my heart goes out to each & every one of u & pray every nite that God will give u the desire of ur heart
