Need some advice.
hi Ladies,
wow, finally a site i feel comfortable enough to talk about my issues. LOL.
Hope you ladies can guide and advise me on what i am doing wrong.
here's my story:
been with my Husband for 5 years and for the last 8 months we have been TTC,
i have been to gyne and all clear. problem is, we think it could be my Husband.
He hasn't got an issue with going to see the doc but not sure where we can go> (We live in Westville,Durban)
i also been reading up about stamingro? Does anyone know if this really works and how it would increase our chances.
every month i am getting more and more frustrated and very sad

Welcome Lee.
You can come to the RIGHT PLACE.....
I would suggest the first thing you do is get hubby to go for the sperm analysis. Phone your nearest hospital lab ie Ampath or Lancet and they will be able to tell you where you can go to have it done.
I have been on Staminogro and so has my DH and I am sure it does help but before you go spending fortunes on vitamins (as they are quite pricey), get the results and go from there.
Just remember as well that there may be nothing wrong and it could just be that it is taking some time. When we started ttcing the Dr said to me that it can take up to a year for a normal couple. Could just be the timing etc. Try not to panic just yet until you see what the sperm analysis reveals, if anything.

I think if there is a problem they would check maybe every 3 or 6 months. Usally he can just pop in at any lab and quickly do it, your dr will be able to fax you a scrib if your medical aid wants one, otherwise you can just ask them to fax it to your dr.

Welcome Lee01!
I've read that is can take a normal healthy couple up to a year to fall pregnant. I also think it might be timing. HAve you tried using OPKs?
All the best and you will find all the support and advice from these lovely ladies!
