Morning Ladies
Breakfast: Cornflakes with fat free milk
Lunch: Shake
Supper: Crumbed chicken schnitzel with boiled potatoes and veggies
Snacks - Nothing here today, just water and coffee

Oh dear my menu is looking bad
breakfast - small peice of chocolate cake
snack - my oats cereal with water
Lunch - potato and veggies, 2 min noodles
snack - rasins, apple, rice cake + slice of cheese
Supper - rice with coconut milk and beef and veg

S: Late afternoon - Yogurt and fruit
D: Chicken breast and salad
2 x Rooibos
1 x Coffee
Water
"Tanned" fat looks better than "Pale" fat, so I am jumping on the sunbed for a few sessions as of today (Have to look good in December hey?)
Gymming started, on average, burn about 450 calories on a daily session. (Not much, but atleast it's something)

L: Chicken Breast, spinach and basmati rice
S: After gym - Slim slab
S: Late afternoon - Yogurt and fruit
D: Chicken breast and salad

1 x Coffee

B: Vital low gi muesli, fat free vanilla yoghurt, cup of tea with 1 sugar and fat free milk
S: Tea with 1 sugar and fat free milk and fruit salad
L: Macaroni cheese (ina parman reduced fat cheese sauce) with steak mince, bacon bits and red peppers. Mange tout peas
S: Fruit
D: Ostrich sausages, low gi mash and veggies
S: Moo chocolate ice cream
2l water...
May go to gym but otherwise will ease in again tomorrow with easier class. Have not been for 2 weeks cause of flu so I am back to the start again
