a few tips:

Hey Ladies,

thought I'd share, if your little one is bit niggly in the evenings, specially after long hot day or long car trip, add a bit of brandy to their bath water or about a tablespoon epson salt its relaxing! works like a charm!

and instead of using baby oil in their bath (keep in mind that oil actually dehydrate skin!) melt a table spoon full epizone e cream in the water, works really well for dry skin or in areas with lots of chlorine in the water!

oh and last thing if your newborn or baby gags & it looks like he or she is going to puke, gently blow in their faces - causeing them to swallow or gently rub the nose bridge helps with nausea
xx
