URGENT Weightloss

I have 2 and a bit months to loose 15kg!!!! HOW THE FARK can i do it??? Please ladies i need motivation! Whenever i wanna eat something bad i'm gonna post here and irritate you guys instead.

Candice, unfortunately it is not the answer. I never used to eat and I am still overweight.

Rather exercise more. Small portions, good foods, loads of water and SERIOUS exercise.

Either that or surgery! LOL

Wish I knew Nix cause I would be doing it.

Nix, I wish I had the secret. I am in a farking bad mood today because I lost 1kg last week and I put it back on the weekend. Story of my life.

I am starting Curves tomorrow - have first apt with the trainer to show me how the machines work. Still not holding out much hope. Starting to think this is how big I am going to be forever

Sheena I agree I don't eat more than an average person but I am still overweight....on the other hand my friend eats like a horse and doesn't even gain an inch

I went back to gym yesterday. FIrst time in year. That with a bit of weighless should do the trip!!! I hope. I have to do this!!! I can and i will!!

Nix, the basics are eat less than you burn... hmmm wish it was that simple...

If you dont' eat and starve yourself you are going to damage your body and it's going to be muscle loss so you'll land up looking like a chewed up old shoe, instead of a jimmy choo!

Excercise and healthy eating

Do any of you watch the biggest looser?

Yip, Haze is right you should be burning the calories you put in. So if you are eating more calories than you are lburning you will not lose weight or not as much as you plan to.

Don't know the secret, but I KNOW CRUVES WORK!!

It's not instant, but it works, and please dont freak out and give up if you gain some in the first month/s, I did, but still lost cm's and that's what counts!!! Good luck, have fun and remember...laughter burns kilojoules!!!!

You can weigh more but be thinner... as your body burns fat and builds muscle... muscle weighs more than fat... So try not to judge by the scale, judge in CM's

Yes yes yes you can!!!!! took me 6 weeks to lose 9 kilos so yes you can lose that 15. Just burn more than you eat!! Im eating many small portions througout the day and i walk everynight, so it does not even cost me a cent! plus my BIG HELP is that i eat my main meal(usually a stirfry or chicken fillet and salads ) at 2/3 pm already and at about 6 i have my last meal of the day which is usually a fruit salad with yoghurt!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

A gym for woman sheens! they have this circuit i thin that you follow, its very nice I have been there once to check it out and they monitor everything as well, it does not fit into my budget though so im going the walking route lol
