Weight Watchers - Eat Out Points
There are a few things you can eat while out and about, I'm going to mention just a few.
For the sushi lovers:
Baby nori rolls, 6 pieces - 2 points
California rolls, 5 pieces - 2 1/2 points
Nigiri sushi, 4 pieces - 3 1/2 points
Sushi rolls (10cm), 1 piece - 1/2 point
