Own toys

I read somewhere that it is important for twins to have a few things of thier own. What age do you think this is necessary? my boys identify a certain bike as thiers although this changes due to what mood they are in and who is on the bike.

I was wondering cause with thier birthdays comming up should I buy them each an individual toy that is thiers alone - or am I creating a fight?

Hmmm I try to buy the same sort of thing but a different colour or something for each, but they still tend to switch them around quite a bit. They do have their own clothes ect, and they clearly identify whatever they have at the moment as theirs, but I would say mine at least still share mostly. Although I do believe ultimately that is the right approach, Kerry.
