When can baby start drinking tea and water?

My LO is 4 1/2months old now and I've tried giving her water but she really doesn't like it. When can she start drinking tea(Rooibos) and how do I prepare it i.e. what type of sugar, how strong etc..

i think they say once they on solids you can start giving water etc
to be honest Rourke is only taking to tea and water now- and not full bottles, just sips often during the day
personally i dont believe in giving them sugar in their tea- they dont know any diff so why start teaching them about a sweet tooth- i make rourke rooibos and chammomile tea no milk no sugar

You can give them rooibos tea from birth, but that normally it help with colic, but you can start now or with solids, but they seem to tend to take more non milk fluid once on solids.

You can give rooibos tea as is, black, or you can add milk/formula to to, but I wouldn't add sugar, same reason that Kandis said!

my boys took to palin rooibos tea long before they would drink water adn then only at about 8/9 months.

Josh was never big on water, if you breastfeed you don't need to add anything though. Rooibos I started somewhere between 4 - 6 months I think. No sugar or milk. Just the rooibos.

My little Zooey started drinking water when she was 6 months, the same time I introduced her to solid foods. She loves water soooo much that I hate to think she can even distinguish it from her milk.

Rach has had water + rooibos since she was like 3 weeks old. She doesnt drink juice now, she thinks rooibos is juice. Its brilliant!!!

Just wait TT someone will give her jiuce or you will be out and run out and then she will discover it AHHHH!!!

Nah we give her juice she hates it. Ive tried all different juices. Sips of creme soda she will have though ha ha ha.....

My boys discovered Pink juice now that is all you hear all day. It is berry fruit juice adn to try convince them that yellow jiuce is good too!!!! OMW!!

Do they still love pink? Ha ha...

You get a baby rooibos tea you can give it from a few weeks I think.
