Im back in 2WW!

Im actually typing this for the benefit of whoever has a problem with fertile EWCM. (lack thereof)

I have been taking EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) this cycle religiously, and last week I noticed A LOT of EWCM. BD’d then, even though OPK was still negative because Im trying to listen to my body’s signals too. Normally it disappears by the time I ovulate. But this time it just got a bit less but by the time OPK was positive I still noticed quite a bit. I Ov’d on Saturday evening and still today I have loads of EWCM. Im wondering if this was due to me taking the EPO and if it is, I HIGHLY recommend it for those who have a lack of EWCM.

I just think it can only be the EPO as this is definitely not normal for me. I have ZERO mucus on 2DPO.

Lets see if it pays off as we have been BD’ing A LOT over this ‘fertile’ period. Will even carry on until the CM is gone.

Anyway, as Ive mentioned before, Im NOT getting my hopes up AT ALL this cycle. I REFUSE!!!!!!
But lets wait and see!

Your right Zee, it is because of the EPO but remember do not take it the whole month. If I remember correct you suppose to take it also just until day 9 or 10.

Hi ladies I just went and got myself some Bennylin wet cough it contains Guaifenesien wich thins out mucus and is suppose to help with cm so I'll try it and let you know if it works as I think the Fertomid isn't very good for fertile CM

Looks like a good sign i gotta a feeling you gona get your bfp this mth.

This morning I googled EPO. I love to google everything.

I read that you should only take EPO from start of AF till ovulation since EPO can cause uterine contractions in pregnancy. For the remainder of the period you can take flax seed oil.

Very interesting and apparently very effective.
