Prayer for a special friend of mine & her family

Ladies,

I ask you to please say a prayer for one of my dearest friends, her brother was diagnosed with testicle cancer many years ago and the treatment left him sterile, Dr's told them, that even with medical help their chances of conceiving is almost 0, so after countless treatments and 8years of TTC, in January they got a natural BFP!!

My friends sis in law is now about 22/23 weeks pregnant, a while back her gynea suspected Trisomy 18 (Edwardson Syndrome) the test came back clear, but her gynea was still very much concerned, because their lg's head was way behind, so she was sent for a MRI last week and they saw a neurologist today who confirmed the diagnosis microcephaly, Dr said that the brain is severely underdeveloped and that the baby wont live longer than 6months, they are now faced with what must be one of the hardest decisiona ever, to to keep the baby or terminate the pregnancy!

so please, I ask all of you to keep them in your prayers.

Lilly, it is a very tough decision but tell her that she needs to look into everything about this syndrome.

There is a Trisomy foundation as well as a lot of personal stories on the internet.

Obviously she needs to make her own decisions but she needs to be informed as to how this will effect her baby and how hard it is actually going to be.

It is soooooooooooooooo damn heartbreaking!

My friend says, that her mom said, they are leaning towards termination but I am not sure, its devastating, for so long they hoped and prayed for a child of their own, only to have their dream crushed!
