Hallloooooo.....

Hi everyone!

Still trying to figure my way aroung here! The abbreviations especially still confusing me. But looking forward to learning alot and making new friends!

Im 35 and single - decided not to wait for my knight on a white horse,to start my family. Have been trying for a few years now. Have had endometriosis and laporoscopy done in 2007. have been for 2 AI, both failed. Had one miscarriage in 2006. Fell preggies naturally in Sept 07after trying for 9months. But my gynae did an amnio at 17wks - found chromosomal abnormality and he decided to terminate my pregnancy. Induced my labour, and three days later I gave natural birth to my son at 19wks. That was in Jan. And is the worst thing that could ever have possibly happened to me, I thought my life was over.
Couldnt deal with it for months - but decided this month it was time to try again. Did a home insemination on Mon.Tue & Wed... now just the wait!

So glad that you joined!
Gosh you have been through a lot! You are a strong woman! I am also planning to be a single mommy. So we must chat! May I ask how you did the insemination at home? What was the procedure? Did you use frozen or fresh sperm?

Sorry for all the questions, but I havent chatted to another single TTC'er before!
