It is hard

It is so hard to keep positive and not loose faith. Every time you speak to God or a friend and then you feel strong but then your body does something and you just loose the plot for a bit ....



I am having cramps right in the middle of my lower part of body (just above "muis") and in my right side more to the lower end. If feels different than ovulation or AF cramps but still similar ....



So there goes all the positive vibes and thoughts out the window ....



What can this mean??

Not sure what does that mean hang in there Alley i'm so.. so.. praying that it is a good sign and please do'nt entertain negative emmotions they don't have rite to be part of you i know easier said than done. Strong girl

I asked Dr Google and it could be inplatation cramps .....
