saw my consultant last week - lost 6kgs in Jan.been having some stresses my side which lead to emotional eating (which i do so well) at some times.They picked up a slight deviation in my bloods - obviously because of the cheating 
my goal weight has been changed AGAIN - TO 75kg now....need to update my ticker and stay focussed.got a nice motivational email & have decided to distance myself from people and situations that stress me...for now at least.will weigh in on friday morning.

6 kg is awesome, that is a huge achievement believe me because I know how hard I worked to lose my weight. Think of the end result, I told myself if I reach my goal weight I am rewarding myself with an expensive gift!

Well done Sweetpea, I lost another 1,3 kg I am finally just under 70kg. I am in total shock!
