Bacon and mushroom roll

Ingredients:
puff pastry
bacon
sliced mushrooms
feta cheese
cheddar cheese, grated
spring onion
Instructions:
fry bacon and sliced mushrooms lightly till golden brown
add spring onion and fry on low
roll out puff pastry, sprinkle with feta cheese
add bacon and mushroom mix
roll puff pastry
sprinkle cheddar cheese
bake in oven til puff pastry golden brown and cooked
