The "ticker"" showing each time when post

Hi ladies,

How do I put a ticker on my post. I know the ovulation and pregnancy tickers you can download but if I want to personalised like:

Me : Fine
DH : Fine
5 x miscarriages ( 8weeks, 14 weeks, 6weeks, 9weeks, 18weeks)

Go to profile > Signature and in the signature block where you add your ticker in, just write your info there and save, and it will appear in all your posts.
