new from h24 and 9weeks preggies

hi all, i have come from the dark side - health 24 where the ladies are very rude. Thank you for the recommendation to come here. I am almost 9 weeks ( will b 2m) i am so nervous and scared and happy all at once. it is all i think od day and night. it gives pudding brains a whole new meaning. only goign to dr again 18th feb - what can i expect - i will be 11 half weeks - will there be a physical exam??

Most of the physical exams they do more towards the end of your pregnancy as far as I know..

Jean, I think they will do an external scan to measure the little one, and by then you will see little arms & legs & also the heartbeat (if you have not yet heard it), so sweet!!

They might do a urine test and a blood test too (I am going to do that at 13 weeks)... Just remember that the Down's scan can only be done btw weeks 11-14...

Strange, I have heard how rude H24 is but have never there. All I know, is that the ladies here are WONDERFUL!

Welcome, I also came over from the H24 site as I couldnt stand the negativity and pettiness of the people there
This is truly a wonderful site and I have been made to feel VERY welcome in my short stay so far
The Ladies here are wonderful and AMAZING
