2 t bakpoeier
1/2 K Kook water
1/4 t sout

Meng droe bestandele behalwe Kakao
Meng eiergele en kookolie
Los kakao in kookwater op
Klits eierwitte styf
Meng eers eiergeel en olie by droe bestandele daarna die kakao
Voeg eierwit by
Bak vir 3/4 uur by 180 grade

Stroop

3/4 blik Ideal melk
1/2k suiker
1 t vanielje essense
Kook tot caramel, gooi oor koek sodra uit die oond kom

Bolaag

200g Neut chocolate
1/4 blik Ideal melk
Smelt chocolate en melk en gooi oor koek vir bolaag

mmm, VREK maar hierdie klink HEERLIK!!!!!

Eks sooooooooooo lus vir sjokelade koek ek wil DOOD!!!!!
