Firstly, keep a roll of toilet paper on your changing table, it really helps with the messier pooh nappies.
And secondly, the best treatment for nappy rash ever, is to mix a little Canestan cream, Phenergan cream and Fissan paste together and spread it on thickly. It works very well.
