Easy Pancake recipe

You can double it if you want more, this one makes 12

Half cup Milk
Half cup Ice Water
1 egg
1 cup flour
Pinch salt

Add milk & water to the flour while mixing.
Add the egg and salt and mix. Not too much only until egg is mixed in.

If the mixture looks too thick you can add water and mix but not more than half a cup.

Add oil to pan and bake.

Yes it works well I have a non stick and put a drop of oil
