Post by Natasha on Thu 21 Aug 2008 - 14:51

I love this recipe,so easy and tasty Very Happy

6xchicken breasts
3 tbl mayonaise
3 tbl apricot jam
1xcan fresh cream
1xpkt brown onion soup.

Mix mayonaise and jam together, you can taste it to see if you need more of the two,to suite your taste.
Add you chicken breasts,or you can use any other part of the chicken.
Marinade in the mixture and to a geased pan.
Make you brown onion soup on the stove and just pour onto the chicken.
Lastly add your freshcream.
You can add sliced potatoes in if you want,or you can make mash on the side.
And just pop into oven for 1hr.

Enjoy Cool
