Very nice book on kalahari.

You get 2, 'gesinskos' and 'gesonde gesinskos' also available in english. You get a meal planner for a year in each, they give you a list for every month with all the ingredients you need, you do the shopping from the list every month and then they give you you menu plus recipies for every nights meal. You just open your cupboard and fridge and whala, there it is and you make the food. Cause I am so tired of thinking what to make every night. All you have to buy daily is fresh thingies like veggies etc that they give to you at the menu for the day.
