Banana muffins

Here goes....

Ingredients
6-8 bananas, preferably very ripe
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup sugar
5ml vanilla essence
2-3 eggs, whipped
100g butter, melted (microwave)
add syrup and/or coconut and/or peanut butter to taste


Method
Mix all ingredients very well. Fill muffin pans with 1-2 table spoons of mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in pre-heated oven
