A thank you prayer for everyone who prayed for us

I posted this on my blog too:

Thank You, dear Lord, for keeping my baby safe through her illness last week.

Thank You for wonderful staff in a wonderful hospital. Thank You that we could afford the medical aid to pay for that hospital.

Thank You for guiding me to my baby's new paediatrician. Thank You for the appointment I got less than two hours after phoning them, a very busy practice. Thank You for granting him the clarity to send me to a specialist.

Thank You for the appointment I got this morning, due to a cancellation, while this specialist is normally booked more than a week ahead.

Thank You that this specialist was so gentle with my precious baby that she didn't cry once.

Thank You, most of all, that she is healthy. Thank You for answering her daddy's prayer for her health last night. Thank You for answering both our prayers that she be spared any further pain.

We pray that it is Your Will that her further tests will be clean, and that in a month or five this will all be a distant memory.

Thank You for sending me my husband, a man who loves You, and who begged You for her health last night. Thank You for granting his prayer.

And lastly, Thank You, more than I can ever express, for friends who know me, and friends who have never even met me, who prayed for my precious baby. Please Lord, grant them the desires of their hearts, and bless them eternally for the prayers the prayed for a baby most of them have never even met.

I ask this not because I deserve it, but simply through Your Grace.

Im so glad that Nicci is well.Its so amazing what a prayer does even if people don't see each other but a prayer is one and that makes us one and so powerful.
