My Gynae suspects PCOS with me also, I have my follow up app tomorrow to discuss all the blood tests and where to from here. Sheena has been a great help especially with the diets and encouragment.

and Welcome to OPM. Wow, its amazing how much weight you have lost. Yes weighless is a very good "diet".

Even though I am from the Free State, I am not with Proff Wessels. But just would like to reassure you that he is trully a great guy, and I have really heard a lot of success stories about him, even in hopeless cases. So rest assured you are in great hands.
