2nd pregnancy & it's twins

Hi all

New to OPM. I'm almost 19 weeks preggies with twins (boy and girl). It was a great surprise to us as we only really wanted one more child.But I guess being on fertility treatment increases the chance of multiple birth.

I'm looking forward to getting some helpful info with regard to raising twins(eg how do you breastfeed both at the same time) The parenting mags normally only refer to "a child" .
