Tammy, are you sure you are copying the ticker for forums? That could be the problem?

how do you know the difference?? there are two and tried both but only these numbers came up not the picture. Oh and by the way im not the most comp lit person

No the ticker should give you a BCC code (for forums) that is the the code you should copy and paste in your signature under profile at the top of the page
